Also, did you know that a short sale can mean something else besides a great price on underwear?
There’s been quite a bit talk lately about REO. I bet most of you thought they were a really tight band.
Lastly(but certainly not leastly) there are still a few people that think the word Realtor is pronounced “Re-Litter”. Imagine that!
We may be living in the best Buyer’s market in our lifetime. Foreclosures, short sales and REO properties are everywhere. Call me if you need a great Real-Tor.
