As a Certified Distressed Property Expert, I am able to provide expertise for those considering buying a bank owned (foreclosure) or short sale property. CDPE’s have a specific understanding of “distressed” properties in current real estate industry. I am available to educate homeowners on the most current foreclosure avoidance options available to all homeowners.
Soon I will have completed the intensive educational and sales requirements for the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Only 6% of all Realtors in the nation have obtained this designation.
